MailBooking.com is basically two parts; 1) The system receives mails from a landlords (i.e. yourself) about what to book, and 2) It displays the calendars on the web.
This is - in the shortest form - what it is all about
Not everybody can send mails to the system. The system secures that only approved landlords (users of MailBooking.com) can send mails to the system.
When a landlord sends a booking to the system, he gets a mail back from MailBooking.com with a booking-number. This mail contains an attached file with information about the booking.
If the landlord wishes, he can forward this attachment to his customer, i.e. those who want to rent the apartment or room
The system is not limited to only apartments or rooms. If you have studios, boats, maisonettes, huts... in fact, MailBooking.com can be used for all what you want to rent out on a daily basis.
If you as a landlord has outsourced your booking, you could have problems when you want to use your own house. If you and your booking-partner are using MailBooking.com., you can always reserve your own house without needing to involve the booking-partner.
You can always see when your house is free, and in the same second you book, your partner will see that the house is now unavaliable. This would work as well the other way around.
